During his tenure, Don launched a global managed services practice that averaged 25% growth per year. He exceeded every quarterly revenue and profit target, and doubled revenue within five years and he positioned HDS as an innovator in the global technical services marketplace. Earlier at Hitachi Data Systems, Don held senior leadership roles within the global solution services organization including running the Americas Region, Services Engineering and was instrumental in establishing technology services at HDS. Don was a Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) Professional Services Board Member during his tenure at Hitachi Data Systems. Read More

Bill Edgar has 15+ years of experience leading technology consulting initiatives. Prior to co-founding ServiceLaunch, Bill was Director of Storage Software Engineering at IBM Global Services and led the integration of Novus Consulting Group (NovusCG) software assets into the IBM Tivoli software portfolio. Before IBM Global Services, Bill was co-founder and VP of Services and Software Engineering at NovusCG. NovusCG was a vendor-independent privately held consulting organization headquartered in Manassas, VA focused on development and delivery of IP-based technology services and software in enterprise storage management in North America and Europe. IBM Global Services acquired NovusCG in October 2007. Bill played a key role in building the NovusCG consulting services organization from the ground up and successfully championed development of a strong portfolio of IP-based services. During it's nearly 8 years of existence NovusCG consistently achieved high annual revenue and margin growth through both direct and partner channels in the commercial and U.S. government markets. Bill holds a Masters of Science in Computer Science from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Akron. Read More
